We Recycle Your Old Mattress: Your old mattress will not go into the land fill, but will be recycled. Rest Assured: We will make sure to hand deliver your new organic mattress and take care of your old mattress, so all you have to do is enjoy your new healthy sleep system. Special Delivery Your Satisfaction Guaranteed Mattress Return Policy: With the purchase of your new mattress, it takes at least 2 to 6 weeks to adjust to your new support system. If for any reason you are not happy with your new organic mattress set, Organic Roots Mattress, will honor a comfort exchange based on the specifications listed below: Organic Roots Mattress will do a onetime comfort exchange of a comparable price and size mattress only after 30 days and no longer then 60 days after, and there will be a 25% restocking fee. To honor any comfort exchange a premium mattress protector must be purchased for use at time of mattress purchase. Any damage, soilage, stains, marks or odors (pet, smoke, incense, perfume, cologne, etc...) will void the comfort exchange and the factory warranty. There are no refunds only a one time exchange.
